If there are no charges how do you make your money?
We make revenues through the sale of our photographs at an event (where appropiate) and from our website gallery. There is no outlay or financial risk to the event organiser.

How far will you travel?
We attend events primarily in the South of England but do travel further for particularly large parties.

How many Photographers will you bring?
Although every event is different we typically work around 1-photographer for every 200-guests ... and 1-assistant for every 400-guests.

What is required from us?
In general we ask Event Organisers to assist in the following:

• Inform guests that photographers will be attending
• Promote our service throughout the evening via DJ's, Band's etc

We have a "themed evening" can you enhance our event?
We can bring themed backgrounds, project live images, look-a-like models ... why not contact us and discuss your creative requirements!

Can you print photographs at the event?
Yes. Photographs are printed at the event and presented in a choice of solid wood frames. In addition all images are added to a website gallery within 24-hours.

Can our guests purchase photographs online?
Yes. Online galleries of any event are made live within 24-hours. People visiting the gallery can make purchases with their debit/credit card.

What "Marketing Opportunities" are available to us?
There are a number of marketing opportunities available ... branded or titled photographs, links to sponsors and partners from the online gallery, publication in local society magazines and more. There are further opportunities when posting images that are sold to guests.

What commissions do you pay?
Commissions on sales are made to event organisers and charities.

What are the details of the Studio Session gift?
With each event we attend we donate a Photographic Studio Session if you are holding a raffle or prize draw. The winner will receive a 1-hour studio session along with 5-large and 5-small prints.

How much do you charge for photographs?
Photograph prices start at £6.50 for a 5x7-inch photograph.
