- Credit and debit cards are accepted at no extra charge
- All images are taken in colour and any image can be converted to black & white
- Phonky portraits are all shot on location and never in a studio
- There's no travel charges unless it's a real long way from Southampton
- The images you receive on disc are high resolution with copyright permission to gain your own prints
- I aim to gain 50 - 75 shortlisted images from your portrait session
- Your photographs are ready around 7 - 10 days after the shoot
- The location is your choice but feel free to leave that decision to me
- Portrait shoots are offered Monday to Sunday (but weekends can get busy with weddings). The last shoot start time is 6:45 (light allowing)
- The photo shoot is paid in full in advance
- Should bad weather occur on the day you can choose to re-schedule or be refunded in full
